Your best bet is honestly the wayback machine. I don’t think we’ve kept much around from that far back.
Unfortunately I think Noah’s right. The doc archive only goes back to Chef 11.0, which is back to 2013. The old wiki.opscode.com is where a lot of the Chef 10 docs lived, but it’s no longer up.
