Where to go for Chef release notes?

I googled for “chef release notes” and the first result that came up doesn’t
appear to have been updated in awhile:

The next link on the search results seems to have more up to date information,
but I don’t see anything about previous releases on this page:

I also found some other links on github:



Where’s the right place to go to find out what changes went into a release? For
example, how can I find out what changed between 11.10.0-1, 11.10.2-1, and
11.10.4-1?

posts and look at the GitHub tags (releases):
