MySQL cookbook 6.0.0

A new major version of the MySQL cookbook is almost ready to be released.

It is not backwards compatible with the current 5.x cookbook, so
please lock your metadata to ‘~> 5.0’ if you depend on it.

Like httpd, it ships LWRPs instead of recipes, and is meant as a
reference cookbook for writing reusable, fully tested, cross-platform
cookbooks.

It is temporarily hosted at https://github.com/someara/mysql while I
work on filling out the README, FAQ, testing and hacking docs, etc.
