I’m trying to define a service escalation for warnings that will make them
repeat very infrequently, like so:
first-warning.json
{
"id": "first-warning",
"contact_groups": "sysadmin",
"first_notification": "1",
"last_notification": "0",
"notification_interval": "21600",
"escalation_period": "24x7",
"escalation_options": "w"
}
However, this doesn’t seem to be kicking in. Warnings are still coming in
on a 10m basis instead.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Could really use some help here :-/ Still haven't been able to figure out
what's going on, and I could really use some of the new monitors that I've
been writing to be active and escalating properly to the pager, without
killing my inbox on warnings.
