New autossh-init cookbook available for testing

I’ve had some difficulty with the current autossh cookbook, not because it’s a bad approach, but because it relies on a single configuration file for all autossh instances. This strongly limits the configurability of the system, and also ties all autossh instances to a single init script. I’ve written a working cookbook I’d welcome insight and code review for. It’s at:

I’ve not completed the “enable multiple instances” work, but would welcome any review of the current “set up a partilar autossh instance” and “fully select SSH and autossh options” which it supports.
