remote_directory uses directory resource class with recursive option to
create required directories in the node and due to the fact that
directory resource with recursive=true can not guarantee the owner,
group and permision of parent directories (see CHEF-1327 http://tickets.opscode.com/browse/CHEF-1327 ), the remote_directory
sometime leaves some subdirs in wrong owner, group and permission.
