Removing Chef organizations

Hi,

I’m trying to remove organizations from our Private Chef instance, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do this. I searched the documentation/Google, but came up with nothing. I tried removing the organization from the Cassandra database, but they still show up in the organization list.

How can I remove the organizations?

We’re running Private Chef 11.0.1.
