1.0.0 is the latest. Due to a bug with Omnibus, we weren’t using the
right field delimiter ("~") for prerelease software, which has
subsequently been fixed.
We should probably just yank the RCs to work around this problem.

yet when I do a yum update on the installed version chef-ha-1.0.0-1.x86_64.rpm I get the following “Update” to RC3:
