Add Chef Infra Servers to Automate, no harm?

Hello forum,

we use Chef Manage Cluster with a Chef Backend Cluster.
As this is deprecated I would like to slowly move to Automate.

Can the existing Chef Infra Servers running on the Frontend (Chef Server Core) be added to Automate without doing any harm to the existing setup? Or will Automate "grab" them and Chef Manage will having problems?
