Today we are announcing Chef version 12.19.36.
This fixes a single regression released in 12.19.33.

Fixes #5836 apt_package :install w/ options broken in 12.19.33
There were also two doc fixes that went in between 33 and 36, hence the +3 bump in the minor version.
