The Progress acquisition of Chef is now complete, so I wanted to personally welcome you to the Progress family.
Progress and Chef will now join to build a strong foundation from which to grow, and we very much include the Chef community in that equation. For decades, Progress has had a vibrant and engaged developer community. With the addition of Chef, we’re expanding that community with a focus on DevOps and DevSecOps and we’re fully committed to ensuring the Chef Open Source community continues to thrive.
Please know there are no plans to change the current business model, roadmap or ongoing support and we look forward to engaging with you in the coming weeks and months as our two companies move forward as one.
