Ohai Chefs!

We’re happy to announce the release of Chef Server 12.15.3. It’s now available for download from the usual location [1].

This is a bug fix release that addresses the following issues:

  • regression in Bookshelf’s preflight checks that would cause a chef-server-ctl reconfigure to fail in some cases.
  • regression that causes Manage to incorrectly enable LDAP auth when it’s installed alongside 12.15.0.
  • A PUT to /users/USERNAME/_acl/PERM will no longer return a 400 when the request is valid.
