Any idea when the bulk of pull requests are going to get evaluated and merged? There’s a lot of outstanding pull requests building up out there.

Now that ChefConf 2012 is a wrap, we're going to be back on the
regularly scheduled cookbook code review, which will include merging
pull requests.
One thing that is a huge help for us is matching COOK tickets with
pull requests, and ensuring that folks have signed a contributor
license agreement, and that the COOK ticket is in the "resolved"
state. Paul Morton has assisted on this in the past (thanks Paul!). If
you have time and can go through pull requests looking for that, we'll
love you forever, and you can have free hugs!
