Configuration Management Camp & FOSDEM

The calls for presenters (CFP) at both Configuration Management Camp and FOSDEM have opened. These conferences both take place early in the year in Belgium.

Configuration Management Camp is a gathering of all of the communities working with open source configuration management frameworks, such as Chef. There are lots of things we can share with and learn from one another as a community. Configuration Management Camp will be held February 5-7 in Gent, Belgium. Learn more about Configuration Management Camp and submit a talk proposal on the website.

FOSDEM is the Free and Open Source Software Developers’ European Meeting held in Brussels on February 3 & 4. The conference includes more than 40 different devrooms that are organized around topics such as community, configuration management, containers, distributions, Rust, testing and automation, and Virtualization and IaaS. Each devroom manages their own CFP using the central FOSDEM talk proposal tool.

Talk submissions are due by November 12 so please consider proposing something soon.

Both of these conferences are FREE to attend making it easy to convince your boss that you should attend .

See you in Belgium in February!
