Just wanted to provide a heads-up that we released version 2.0.0 of the
datadog cookbook today.
This cookbook has some breaking changes in that we have released a new,
self-contained (aka omnibus) Agent, which simplifies pretty much everything
about deployment of the Agent.
You can still use an older version with this cookbook, there's some caveats
in the ChangeLog for certain integrations.
hi mike, there are several PRs accumulated against this cookbook (including
one of ours since January ..which adds api creds via encrypted data bags),
most of them has no comments, any chance they'll be triaged?

Thanks for asking - I've been a bit behind on the triage front, apologies.
We focused on testing and getting support for the new Agent, as well as
cleaning up some history, so I expect that in the coming weeks we will do
another round of ticket and pull triage, and figure out what we can focus
on next.
