Error permission denied

Please find the error below.

ERROR: You authenticated successfully to https://api.chef.io/organizations/[org] as node1 but you are not authorized for this action.
Response: missing create permission

Check the “Administration > Global Permissions” and “Administration > Groups” in Manage UI. Make sure the user you are using to upload the cookbook is part of the group that has ‘create’ permissions on cookbooks container.

please check chefadmin.pem and validator.pem file. also check the ssl keys, if its working or not.
