OpenSSH 1.6.0 cookbook with CVE-2016-0777 and CVE-2016-0778 fixes released

The OpenSSH cookbook version 1.6.0 has been released with fixes to our favorite SSH vulnerabilities: CVE-2016-0777 and CVE-2016-0778. The release also includes improved testing, simplified logic for determining the root_group to expand platform support, and a new library to sort the config entries so the port entry is always first (for reasons).
