I was just wondering if there is any type of agenda for the community

Jesse can speak more precisely, but at least last year it was run as an unconference/barcamp, so no formal plans and people organize sessions around whatever is important to them.

To be clear, those notes are written up after each session as a record of what was discussed. Not an agenda worked out ahead of time
