I am trying to use the stash cookbook with berks. When I issue a berks
install, the downloads borks when it hits the perl cookbook. Ruby throws a
timeout exception. When I browse the community site and search for perl,
it comes up but then clicking through the link returns a timeout also.
Anyone else having issues?
This is with chef-11.6/berks 2.0.10

Just as a data point, I just tried the following locally:
knife cookbook site install perl
knife cookbook upload perl
knife cookbook download perl
Those worked fine, so I don't think the issue you're having is perl
cookbook + cookbook community site related.
