I’ve just pieced together a mysql_grant LWRP, available at
http://gist.github.com/gists/651153
It is far from perfect, however it seems to work quite well for the way I
deploy applications and accompanying databases. Feel free to have a look and
experiment and provide feedback, just note that I’m not support this in any
way.
