Supermarket 3.1.0 Released!

Supermarket 3.1.0 was released today and is available for download at https://downloads.chef.io/supermarket.

New Behavior

  • The cookbook quality metrics currently implemented have all been changed to publicly visible as a default for new installations. For existing pre-3.1.0 Supermarket installations, this release will not automatically change the public visibility of metrics. [#1596]

Fixes

  • Reënable Foodcritic rule FC045 now that the version of Foodcritic included doesn’t alert when a cookbook is published without metadata.rb. [#1593]
  • Display quality metric results in a consistent order. [#1595]
  • Update links to mailing list to take readers to the Chef Community Mailing List (Discourse site). Thanks to Roland Moriz for the catch and fix! [#1598]
