Knife-rackspace 0.5.14 Release Announcement

Ohai Chefs,

We just released knife-rackspace 0.5.14. This release fixes a few
bugs and updates the fog dependency to be compatible with knife-ec2
and knife-linode.

Many of you still have open patches for knife-rackspace that we hope
to look at in the weeks to come. Thank you for your patience.

Bugs

[KNIFE_RACKSPACE-7] - Output of `knife rackspace server list` is too wide.
[KNIFE_RACKSPACE-25] - Bug in pessimistic requirement fog 0.8.2
[KNIFE_RACKSPACE-26] - knife rackspace flavor list results in TypeError
[KNIFE_RACKSPACE-31] - Explicit 'chef' dependency for the plugin
[KNIFE_RACKSPACE-33] - ubuntu10.04-gems should not be the default
