Knife-windows 1.4.1 release

We just released knife-windows 1.4.1 including two fixes to the knife-windows gem:

  1. Adds proxy support to the chef-client download when running knife bootstrap windows
  2. Honors your trusted_certs_folder for all winrm connections. You should no longer need to use verify_none for internally signed certificates that are in your trusted certificates folder
