Chef Workstation

Hi All! Here is what Workstation, Community Tools & Omnibus folks are working on
- Workstation UI- Setting up locally running REST API service to reuse knife and chef-cli capabilities from UI.
- Refactoring cookbook upload flow in knife to make it usable via API service in addition to CLI
- Most recent Chef Workstation release 22.7.1006 isn't yet published to Chocolatey. We'll retry after their ongoing maintenance.
- Assisting Chef Infra Client to resolve release / verify pipeline issues toward v18 release that supports Ruby 3.1

Sous Chefs:pyenv version 4.1.0 has been released:
- Remove duplicate pyenv init from profile script, fixes "pyenv: cannot rehash: <...>/shims isn't writable" for system install
Also, @Xorima fixed our release system which was unfortunately broken due to an expired cert not getting updated

Cinc Project
- Met with @seansith on Tuesday and walked him through how I do the rebuild for Cinc Server. It was quite a firehose
- Still working on fixing the run-time issues with Cinc Server 15.0.9. Getting much closer, just need to find time to find all the fixes
