We’re happy to announce Chef Backend 1.3.2 is now available for download [1]. This is a bug fix release.
- Fix: Multiple issues in the backup and restore process have been fixed. We recommend all customers take a new backup after upgrading – please reference the backup/restore instructions for details[2].
- Fix: The pgsql-promote function now waits up to 5 minutes for recovery.done to appear. Previously it would only wait 5 seconds.
- Enhancement: Reduced flicker on slower terminals when rendering progress indicators.
Users upgrading from a previous release can follow the standard
upgrade process[3].
