Whoops! We let a little issue slip through in our v1.31.0 release earlier today that prevented host resource TCP reachability checks from working properly on Linux hosts.
As a result, InSpec v1.31.1 is available via all normal means (downloads.chef.io, Rubygems, Docker Hub, Habitat Depot).
